SHIPPING & DELIVERY
UK MAINLAND
Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days after your order is placed. However, please do allow 7 working days before contacting customer services department. You can reach us on 07794171725 or via email to laxloungeuk@gmail.com. In order to insure your order reaches you safely, sometimes you may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. Should you not be at home at the time a card will be left for you with details of a collection depot or how to arrange an alternative delivery.
- UK - Free Delivery Over £100.00
- UK - Under £50 Delivery is £4.50
- UK - Under £100 Delivery is £7.50
- Non UK Delivery - Please contact us to discuss before placing your order
DELIVERY ERRORS
All our orders are double checked before shipping. However, from time to time errors will occur. Any delivery errors must be reported within 7 days from date of delivery. Should you not receive your order within 7 working days, then you must inform us, as we will not responsible for the location of your order after the 7 days.
Due to the nature of our business, stock availability cannot always be guaranteed. Payment is never taken from you until stock has been checked and dispatched. It is important you provide a valid email address in order for us to send you an email confirming the order. All orders will be shipped in order to reach the customer within 5 working days where possible, these timings do not include custom or bespoke items. We only dispatch orders from Monday to Friday (excluding all UK bank holidays). We dispatch all our orders by First Class Royal Mail, Recorded First Class Royal Mail or Business Post (UK Mail) depending on weight. European and International orders are shipped via either Royal Mail International, FedEx, DPD or DHL and take between 10-14 working days. However, there may be circumstances beyond The Lacrosse Lounge's control which cause delay and laxlounge.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, Business Post, FedEx, DPD or DHL.
